Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute bulk and mass hiring strategies for high-volume requirements.
- Partner with business stakeholders to drive lateral, sales, and volume hiring.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and selection to offer management and onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and drive data-based improvements in hiring effectiveness, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Leverage recruitment technology and digital platforms to improve sourcing and hiring efficiency.
- 7–15 years of Talent Acquisition experience in BFSI, preferably with a strong background in banking recruitment.
- Proven experience in bulk, mass, lateral, and sales hiring.
- Strong understanding of the banking and financial services talent landscape.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience managing multiple hiring priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in recruitment technology and digital tools, with the ability to create effective presentations, reports, dashboards, and MIS.
