Talent Acquisition Associate

Job Purpose

This role includes end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely closure of open positions and a seamless candidate experience. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management, and recruitment process administration.

Role & responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/recruitment trackers regularly.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer rollout, salary negotiation coordination, and pre-joining engagement.
• Generate recruitment MIS, hiring reports, and dashboards.
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and SLAs.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in Human Resources.
• 0-1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience in volume hiring, lateral hiring, or niche hiring is preferred.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms.
