Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end Talent Acquisition for Sales and Business hiring, with a strong preference for candidates experienced in BFSI/Fintech hiring. Drive volume hiring, stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, and delivery of quality talent aligned with business requirements.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle across BFSI/Fintech Sales & Business roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring requirements.
Drive bulk/volume hiring while maintaining quality, TAT, and candidate experience.
Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
Leverage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
Build strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to streamline and scale recruitment processes.
Lead and motivate the Talent Acquisition team to achieve business hiring goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in BFSI, Fintech, Payments, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services.
Strong experience in Sales, Business, and Volume/Bulk Hiring.
Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment and talent sourcing.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Good analytical, reporting, and dashboard management capabilities.
Hands-on experience with job portals, social media hiring, recruitment tools, and HRIS platforms.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and execution skills.
Self-driven, accountable, and results-oriented mindset
