Job Summary

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter who is passionate about recruitment and capable of managing high-volume/bulk hiring for Sales roles. The ideal candidate should be strong in sourcing, candidate engagement, interview coordination, and end-to-end recruitment.

This role requires a high-ownership, target-driven recruiter who can consistently build quality pipelines and convert them into successful joiners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume Sales hiring.
• Conduct daily sourcing through Naukri, Apna and other relevant recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of quality and relevant candidates.
• Perform high-volume daily candidate calling and screening.
• Understand candidate experience, skills, communication, salary expectations, location preference and joining availability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and interview panels.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Drive daily closures and offer rollouts against hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and update candidate status on a daily basis.
• Ensure proper follow-up until joining and onboarding.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline to support continuous bulk hiring requirements.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business teams to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.
• Ensure quality of profiles rather than focusing only on volume.
• Handle candidate negotiations, offer discussions and joining confirmations.

• Ability to handle bulk/high-volume Sales recruitment
• Strong follow-up and candidate engagement skills
• Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach
• Good negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment tracker skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment

Experience

0–3 Years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Freshers with strong communication skills and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.

• Sales recruitment
• Inside Sales / Field Sales hiring
• BDE / BDA / Sales Executive hiring
• High-volume recruitment
• Naukri & Apna sourcing
