Responsibilities

• Source candidates for Engineering roles.
• Use AI tools to improve sourcing and recruitment efficiency.
• Search candidates through LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.
• Research technologies, companies, and candidate profiles using AI and online tools.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.

Requirements

• Smart, curious, and comfortable with technology.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and technical hiring.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Prior recruitment experience is a plus.
