Talent Acquisition Associate

The Talent Acquisition Associate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to support rapid growth at NoBroker.com . This full-time role, based on-site in Bengaluru, includes sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating and conducting interviews, and managing communication with hiring managers and applicants.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
• Candidates with Real Estate experience are an advantage.
• 1 year to 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Candidates should possess strong Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess candidates and support informed selection decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and provide clear, timely updates to candidates.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, HR, or recruitment within fast-paced or high-growth organisations.
• Ability to prioritise multiple roles, work with data-driven hiring metrics, and meet aggressive hiring timelines.
• Comfort with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms for sourcing.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
