• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions across business functions.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close open positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements, skills, experience, and organizational fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and maintain regular communication.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, notice-period coordination, and offer rollouts.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS/CRM.
• Track hiring metrics such as interview-to-selection ratio, offer acceptance, joining ratio, and TAT.
• Coordinate pre-joining documentation and support onboarding activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate information and follow company recruitment policies.
• Achieve assigned hiring targets while maintaining quality of hire and timely closure
