About this role
About The Company
Anton Global Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is a Mumbai-based pharmaceutical export house committed to delivering high-quality finished formulations, nutraceuticals, and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) to markets across Latin America, the Middle East, and Africa. As a lean and agile organization, we prioritize efficiency, transparency, and hands-on involvement in every aspect of our operations. Our team is dedicated to fostering growth within the pharmaceutical industry by ensuring seamless supply chain management and maintaining strong relationships with global partners. We believe in building a collaborative environment where every team member's contribution is valued and recognized, driving our mission to improve health outcomes worldwide.
About The Role
This is a dual-faceted role designed for a proactive and organized individual who will report directly to the Managing Director and the CEO. The primary responsibility involves providing comprehensive executive assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of the leadership's day-to-day activities. This includes managing calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements, preparing meeting materials, and overseeing correspondence. The second component focuses on talent acquisition—identifying, sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to support the company's growth trajectory. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of executive support and recruitment experience, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
It is important to note that this position does not encompass HR administration tasks such as payroll processing, performance reviews, or statutory compliance. The focus is solely on supporting the leadership team's schedule and maintaining a robust hiring pipeline. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our organization, ensuring the leadership's time is optimized and our talent acquisition efforts are proactive and strategic.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 6 years of experience in an executive assistant, recruitment, or talent acquisition role, preferably with exposure to fast-moving, small to mid-sized companies. Demonstrable experience in closing roles across various functions is essential, with the ability to articulate your involvement in successful placements. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English is required; knowledge of Hindi and Marathi will be advantageous for local hiring initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with a track record of maintaining trackers, following up diligently, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, given the exposure to sensitive information such as salary data, business correspondence, and calendar details of senior executives. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and standard scheduling and document management tools is expected. A graduate degree in any discipline is acceptable; formal HR qualifications are not mandatory. Candidates with experience supporting founders or directors in small, dynamic companies, especially within pharma, chemicals, export, or supply chain sectors, will have an added advantage. Comfort working across Indian and Gulf time zones is desirable.
Responsibilities
Joining Anton Global Pharmaceuticals offers the opportunity to work directly with the Managing Director and CEO from day one, gaining valuable insights into high-level decision-making processes. The role provides a clearly defined scope, ensuring transparency and focus in your responsibilities. We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, along with the chance to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization. As part of our small team, you will enjoy a collaborative environment where your contributions directly impact the company's success. We also support professional development and encourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Equal Opportunity
Anton Global Pharmaceuticals is committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, nationality, disability, or any other protected characteristic. We believe diversity enriches our workplace and drives innovation, and we actively seek to promote a culture of respect and fairness in all our hiring and operational practices.
