Talent Acquisition and IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Source top talent for IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the job posting.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth interview process from start to finish.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, providing feedback on application status updates.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or technical recruitment within an IT industry setting.
• Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates.
