Experience: 2 to 8 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our HR team. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, especially through Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter, along with a good understanding of recruitment processes within the IT services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and build sourcing strategies
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Conduct screening calls and coordinate interviews
• Maintain ATS records and recruitment trackers
• Track hiring metrics and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Required Skills:

• 2 to 8 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory)
• Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management

Preferred:

• Experience in IT infrastructure / tech services hiring
• Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
