Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle across multiple requisitions.
• Sourcing & Pipelining: Source active and passive candidates using Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, gather timely feedback from hiring managers, and manage candidate communication.
• Offer Management: Roll out job offers, negotiate terms, and oversee seamless onboarding coordination.
• Data & ATS Management: Track hiring metrics and update candidate records accurately using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 4 to 9 years of proven corporate or agency recruitment experience in Life insurance company
• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Boolean search strings, portal sourcing, and ATS software.
• Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
