Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Talent Acquisition/Recruitment - Fresher to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand manpower requirements
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with concerned departments.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation, salary discussions and joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates until their date of joining.
• Maintain proper recruitment records and MIS reports.
• Assist in improving the candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Skills Required:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn recruitment processes.
• Freshers with a strong interest in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment can apply.

Preferred:
Candidates who have completed an MBA/PGDM/MHRM in HR and are interested in building a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
