Talen Acquisition Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive with 3-6 years of hands-on sourcing and recruitment experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and building strong talent pipelines to meet organizational hiring goals. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, market mapping capability, and the ability to manage multiple roles across functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, competencies, and team fit.
  
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates within defined timelines.
  

2. Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Proactively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
  
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
  
• Conduct market research and talent mapping for critical and niche roles.
  

3. Screening & Assessment

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to evaluate technical and behavioral competencies.
  
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  
• Maintain structured interview feedback and hiring documentation.
  

4. Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with business leaders and HR Business Partners to ensure alignment on hiring priorities.
  
• Provide regular hiring updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders.
  
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarking, and hiring best practices.
  

5. Recruitment Operations & Compliance

• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and standards.
  
• Maintain accurate data in ATS and generate recruitment reports.
  
• Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring (if applicable).
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 3–6 years of proven experience in recruitment, with strong emphasis on sourcing.
  
• Experience in hiring for [IT/Non-IT/BFSI/Manufacturing/Startup – customize as needed].
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, etc.).
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
