Tactical Sourcing – Senior Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement activities from purchase requisition to payment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Analyze market trends, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to optimize costs and improve quality.
• Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in procurement or related field (buyer/procurement analyst/specialist).
• Strong understanding of P2P processes, including RFQ creation, PO issuance, and invoice processing.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
