JOB DESCRIPTION
InThisRole,YourResponsibilitiesWillBe:
- Convertpurchaserequisitionsintopurchaseordersandmanageopenpurchaseorderreports.
- Partnerwithsupplierstoobtainpurchaseorderacknowledgements,deliveryconfirmations,andorderstatusupdates.
- Maintainaccurateconfirmationanddeliverydateswithinenterpriseresourceplanning(ERP)systems.
- Respondtopurchaseorderandmaterial-relatedinquiriesfrommanufacturingplantsandinternalstakeholders.
- Monitorsupplyanddemandrequirementsandsupportinventoryreplenishmentdecisions.
- Reviewandprocesssystem-generatedplanningexceptionssuchasexpedite,defer,orrescheduleactions.
- Coordinatewithsupplierstomaintainaccuratepromisedatesandorderconfirmations.
- Collaboratewithglobalstakeholders,includingCategoryManagers,ProductionandInventoryControlteams,andValueStreamleaderstosupportmaterialavailability.
- Supportsupplierrelationshipmanagementinitiativesandworkwithsupplierperformanceandcategorymanagementteamstoimprovesupplierdelivery,responsiveness,quality,andservicelevels.
- Partnerwithfinanceteamstohelpfacilitatetimelysupplierpaymentresolution.
- CompletematerialmastersetupactivitiesandmaintaindataaccuracywithinERPsystems.
- Managerequisition-to-purchaseorderconversionactivitiesformaintenance,repair,andoperations(MRO)purchases.
- Validatesupplierleadtimesandensurealignmentwithoperationalrequirements.
- Supportmaterialmasterdataauditsandcontinuousimprovementinitiatives.
- Communicateactions,resolutions,andupdateseffectivelywithplantandsitebuyers.
- Assistinpreparingmonthly,quarterly,andannualreportsrelatedtosupplierandoperationalperformance.
- Escalatesupplierdeliverychallengestosupplychainandplanningleadershipasappropriate.
- Monitorandhelpresolveparkedorblockedinvoicediscrepanciesinatimelymanner.
- Supportsuppliernegotiationsrelatedtocost,delivery,andinventoryobjectiveswhilemaintainingstrongsupplierpartnerships.
- Contributetoprocessimprovementinitiativesthatenhanceprocurementefficiency,supplierperformance,andbusinessresults.

- Knowledgeofsourcingpractices,supplychainprocesses,procurementoperations,contractingprinciples,andsuppliermanagement.
- ExperienceworkingwithERPsystemssuchasSAP,Oracle,orsimilarbusinessplatforms.
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskillswiththeabilitytointerpretdataandgenerateactionableinsights.
- Proficiencywithdigitaltoolsandreportingplatformsusedfordataanalysis,reporting,andsupplychaindecision-making.
- ExperienceusingMicrosoftExcelandotherbusinessapplicationsfordatamanagementandreporting.
- Strongorganizationalskillsandtheabilitytomanagemultipleprioritieseffectively.
- Effectivecommunicationandstakeholdermanagementskills.
- Aproactiveapproachtolearning,collaboration,andcontinuousimprovement.
PreferredQualificationsThatSetYouApart:
- Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalentexperienceinSupplyChainManagement,Engineering,Business,Operations,orarelatedfield.
- Experiencesupportingsupplierperformance,sourcinginitiatives,procurementoperations,ormaterialplanningactivities.
- ExposuretodatavisualizationandanalyticstoolssuchasPowerBI,Tableau,SQL,orsimilarplatforms.
- Projectmanagementexperienceorprojectmanagementcertification.
- Experienceworkingwithinaglobalormatrixedorganization.
- Flexibilitytosupportbusinessrequirementsacrossdifferentshiftschedules,including6:00AMto3:00PM,12:00PMto9:00PM,or4:30PMto1:30AM.
