Tableau Developer

Role Overview

The Tableau Analyst will support the Operations Reporting Support team by developing and maintaining dashboards, generating insights, and presenting reports to clients and stakeholders. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to explain data clearly, and confidence in clientfacing interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and operational reports.
• Assist in analyzing operational data and converting it into clear, easytounderstand visual insights.
• Participate in client calls and presentations to explain dashboards, metrics, and trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate outputs.
• Perform basic data validation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of reports.
• Support ongoing enhancements, refinements, and periodic updates to operational dashboards.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests under guidance while meeting defined timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
• Sound knowledge or academic exposure to Tableau and data visualization concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
• Ability to present data and insights in a structured and professional manner.
• Good understanding of data concepts such as measures, dimensions, and trends.

Preferred Attributes

• Comfortable presenting reports or dashboards to clients or senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a deliveryfocused environment.
