Description

We are seeking an experienced Tableau Admin to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Tableau Server environments, ensuring optimal performance, and providing user support.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain Tableau Server infrastructure.
Install, configure, and upgrade Tableau Server and Tableau Desktop.
Monitor server performance and user activity.
Implement security protocols and user access control.
Create and manage Tableau users, groups, and permissions.
Troubleshoot issues related to Tableau Server and provide user support.
Optimize performance of Tableau workbooks and dashboards.
Develop and maintain documentation for Tableau processes and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications

6-12 years of experience in Tableau administration or related fields.
Strong knowledge of Tableau Server architecture and administration.
Experience with SQL and database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
Proficient in data visualization best practices and dashboard design.
Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows/Linux) and network protocols.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
