• Step 5: Once completed, your TCS no. will be generated which starts from EP2025XXXX.

• Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.

Required Skills

• 1) Overall work experience of 8+ years in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in handling Clients: escalations and reviews as well as daily interactions.
• 2) Should have experience in dealing with managing timely hiring through sourcing strategy and rigor around maintaining the pipeline
• 3) Should have interacted with Customer for metrics and tracking
• 4) Should have a team of 15+ associates for a client
• Ability to communicate with upstream and downstream partners to drive day to day operations.
• 5) Preferred experience of handling client escalations
• 6) Preferred experience on Country regulations
