TA Sourcer

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage mass hiring, volume hiring and lateral recruitment across business functions.
• Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media and other recruitment channels; screen profiles against role requirements.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback and candidate follow-ups.
• Hiring Delivery: Manage multiple open positions and deliver recruitment targets within defined timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business teams and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and ensure smooth recruitment execution.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain effective candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Recruitment MIS & Reporting: Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline reports and hiring dashboards using MS Excel and recruitment tools.

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for a result-oriented Recruiter to support mass hiring, volume hiring and lateral recruitment across multiple business functions. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder management and end-to-end recruitment delivery. The ideal candidate should have 14 years of Talent Acquisition experience, strong communication and coordination skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to manage multiple positions while meeting hiring timelines.
