Education: Bachelor's degree in any field

Experience: 7 to 15 years of experience (atleast 2+ years of team handling experience in Fintech/NBFC)

About the Role: The Senior Manager/ Associate Director - Talent Acquisition (Volume Hiring) will drive end-to-end volume hiring for field sales and branch operations roles, while leading and mentoring a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. The role focuses on developing effective sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Volume Recruitment Leadership:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end volume recruitment process.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a high volume of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Team Management:

• Supervise and guide a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
• Provide training and mentorship to enhance the team's recruitment capabilities.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Process Optimization:

• Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices in volume hiring to streamline recruitment operations.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment on hiring requirements.

Quality of Hire:

• Maintain a strong focus on the quality of hires while managing high-volume recruitment.
• Implement metrics to measure the success and impact of recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 7 to 15 years in end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on volume hiring
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Must Have:

• Proven experience in volume hiring, specifically for field sales and field operations roles across branch locations.
• Strong understanding of the entire recruitment process.
• Demonstrated ability to handle large volumes of hires within specified timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
