TA Executive

Location: Bijwasan, Delhi (Near Sector 28, Dwarka)
Type: FTC
Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC/month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Manage bulk/mass hiring as per business requirements.
• Screen and shortlist candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate follow-ups and interview feedback.
• Handle offer, joining and onboarding coordination.
• Manage recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to close positions within timelines.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring/mass recruitment preferred.
• Good communication, follow-up and stakeholder management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment processes.
