T24 Migration Business Analysts for one of the

Big 4 Consulting Firms based in

Chennai . This role is focused on

end-to-end Temenos T24 migration programs (non-T24 to T24 migration) and requires strong functional banking expertise.

Role : T24 Migration Business Analyst

Location: Chennai

Experience: 8–10+ years

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support

T24 migration programs , especially migrations from

non-Temenos systems to Temenos Transact T24 .

• Work closely with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
• Perform

data migration analysis, mapping, validation, and reconciliation .

• Support migration testing activities and ensure accuracy of migrated banking data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, manage defects, and ensure smooth migration delivery.
• Ensure adherence to banking processes, compliance, and data quality standards.
• Participate in requirement elicitation workshops and business process discussions.
• Provide functional expertise across Temenos modules and banking products. Required Skills & Experience
• 8–10+ years of experience in

banking IT projects , preferably in

private banking or wealth management .

• Strong experience as a

Business Analyst in T24 implementation or migration programs .

• Hands-on knowledge of

Temenos Transact T24 , including:

• Navigation (FI, DD)
• Versioning (TVMM)
• Workflows and product configuration
• Proven experience in

data migration testing, validation techniques, and defect management .

• Strong understanding of

end-to-end migration lifecycle (non-T24 to T24) .

• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and requirement elicitation skills.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience in large-scale banking transformation programs.
