As a

Functional Product Analyst , you will work with Temenos T24 core banking systems, mapping business needs to out‑of‑the‑box functionality, producing functional specifications, and supporting testing and BAU operations. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, provide clarifications on T24 modules, and ensure that solutions align with banking processes and financial services requirements.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Apply solid user management skills and map business needs to T24 OOTB functionality in the relevant modules.
• Analyse business requirements (BRD) and translate them into detailed functional specification documents (FSD/HLSD). Provide walkthrough sessions to business users and testing teams.
• Review test case documents and ensure coverage.
• Perform issue analysis/simulation, document findings, and share RCA.
• Create product‑based POC documents for business users when requested.
• Coordinate with users to provide functional clarifications on T24 modules.
• Conduct system impact analysis, support requirement definition, solution design, functional specification design, technical specification design, and SIT test creation.
• Produce required SDLC artefacts, including specification documents, layouts, diagrams, and manuals.
• Provide BAU support for branches, including troubleshooting and QA.
• Collaborate with partners across IT and business groups.

We’d Love to Hear From You If… Experience

• You have 4+ years as a Business Analyst in Temenos T24 core banking systems.
• You have strong functional domain knowledge in banking processes and financial services.
• You have worked in implementation projects with user‑facing roles.

Technical Expertise

• You are experienced in T24 modules: Core/Accounting/Trade Finance, Treasury, AA‑Retail, AA‑Deposits, AA‑Loans.
• You have hands‑on experience setting up parameters and configurations, including TAABS.
• You are familiar with T24 interfaces with third‑party systems (e.g., screen changes, new inquiries).
• You understand T24 architecture, version upgrades/updates, and accounting/limits/core modules.
• You are proficient in MS Office applications.
• You have knowledge of test automation (advantageous but not mandatory).
