About this role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Systems Operations Associate to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 0-6 yrs of experience in systems operations, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Roles and Responsibility
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to systems operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of systems operations procedures and protocols.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in systems operations, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
- Experience with operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.
