Systems Engineer

• Job Summary:
• Looking for a candidate who is having less than 5 years of experience in the technical fields mentioned in the primary roles. and someone who can immediately join us
• Roles and Responsibilities
• - Responsible for electrical schematic and controls design - Responsible for design and development of electrical control panel - Responsible for PLC programming using Allen Bradley PLC - Responsible for electrical components selection and design calculations - Responsible for selecting right safety and protection devices for panels and ensuring right standards are followed while designing - Responsible for system integration and testing of Industrial Automation components and systems at supplier location - Responsible for ensuring the validations are done on time and project deliverables are met - Responsible to coordinate with supplier and ensuring the quality panels are delivered
• Required Skills
• 1) Preparation of Electrical schematics, GA, IGA in ECAD 2) Selection of Switchgear components and do design calculation 3) AB PLC Programming using Ladder Logic, STL 4) Ignition Programming knowledge 5) Knowledge on Communication protocols like Modbus, Devicenet, Ethernet IP 6) Drive Parameter Setting and communication with different PLCs 7) Knowledge on validation and troubleshooting of MCC and PLC based control
• Desired Skills:
