Systems Engineer - Desktop

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux desktop environments
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end users
• Manage system updates, patches, and security configurations
• Manage device inventory and asset tracking
• Document systems and create technical runbooks
• Collaborate with network and system administrators

Requirements

• 1-5 years of desktop support or systems administration experience
• Strong knowledge of desktop and server operating systems
• Experience with user and access management systems

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
