• Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Azure Administration (VMs, Storage, Networking, App Services, Backup)
• Intune / Endpoint Manager
• User onboarding & offboarding
• MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC
• Windows 10/11 administration
• DNS, VPN, basic firewall troubleshooting
• Microsoft Defender / Endpoint Security
• PowerShell scripting (basic knowledge)
• Azure Monitor and Backup

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 environment
• Administer Azure cloud resources
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding and access management
• Provide L2/L3 technical support for cloud and endpoint issues
• Manage endpoint devices using Intune
• Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues
• Monitor Azure infrastructure and perform routine maintenance
• Support security best practices and compliance initiatives (SOC2/ISO 27001)
• Create and maintain technical documentation
