System Specialist-IT

Key Responsibilities:

• User onboarding and offboarding management
• Ensure asset readiness by installing operating systems through SCCM and performing software installations
• Follow system hardening and compliance checklists
• Handle L1 & L2 support tickets within the defined SLA
• Configure customer-specific tools and required access permissions
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and coordinate with vendors whenever required
• Hardware and software upgrades as needed
• User data backup and restoration
• Perform periodic audits of hardware and software assets
• Network printer installation and troubleshooting
• Asset tracking, inventory management, and lifecycle management
• ITSM ticket management following ITIL standards
• Troubleshoot SCCM, Intune, Endpoint, and patch compliance-related issues
• Ensure project-wise IT asset segregation
• Installation and maintenance of operating systems, hardware, and software
• Adherence to IT & Information Security policies and processes
• Basic troubleshooting of IT software and hardware
• Learn and support new tools and technologies
• Understand user issues and resolve them within agreed SLA timelines
• Maintain accurate asset inventory records
