Position Summary:

Looking for a high-potential SAP FICO professional who combines strong analytical skills, business acumen, and technical aptitude with a demonstrated ability to learn quickly. The ideal candidate is curious, adaptable, and capable of growing into a key SAP COE role while driving continuous improvement and future business transformation.

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you

• Be an active member of the SAP CoE, supporting and optimizing Infineum's global S/4HANA platform.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement by leveraging SAP standard capabilities and new S/4HANA functionality.
• Perform business analysis and requirements definition, translating business needs into practical and scalable SAP solutions.
• SAP system configuration, support and continuous enhancement, including fault resolution, change implementation, testing and deployment.
• Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to learn new functionality, technologies and business processes.
• Build strong relationships with Finance and business stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver value-added solutions.
• Contribute to Finance transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement across end-to-end processes.

A successful candidate is likely to have:

• SAP FICO experience including configuration and support, with exposure to one or more areas such as Product Costing, Profitability Analysis (COPA), SAP DRC, Banking Interfaces, Tax/VAT compliance, and integration with MM, SD and other SAP modules. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new functional areas and technologies is essential.
• Knowledge of one or more business processes supported by SAP and an understanding of end-to-end process impacts.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or a strong ability to learn and adapt to new SAP capabilities quickly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex business and system issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders.
• Business process analysis skills and the ability to translate business requirements into robust SAP solutions.
• Delivery focused, with proven success in business and end-user engagement.
• Ability to take an integrated view of technical and business problems across multiple functional areas.
• Strong learning agility, intellectual curiosity and willingness to continuously develop new skills.
