Responsible for managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure. Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.

1. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

IT Service Operation

• Provide Support to end user for Incident and Service Request Fulfillment
• Collate, Gather and Process IT Asset Configuration and Inventory
• Check and Submit Software license related reports
• Coordinate with IT vendors to Provide support related with IT services.
• Service Desk- act as point of contact between users and the IT team to manages incidents and service requests.
• Good understating of Network related issues
• Good understanding of Email Client like Google Workspace, O 365 to manage

• Learn new Technology to meet IT product / softwares changes
• learn and adopt services and product to meet company needs

Educational Qualifications
a) Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification required: Diploma/Graduation in Computer Background or Science stream
• Qualifications preferred: Diploma/BE/B-tech in Computer Science
• Preferred, but not required certifications include: MCP, CCNA, ITIL etc.
• Work Experience
• 0 to 6 years, Preferred experience from IT Company

Other soft skills/competencies

• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• IT Service Desk, Service ticket lifecycle, Incident tickets,
• IT hardware and Operating system like Windows 10, Windows 7, Ubuntu etc.
• Client systems tools like Office, O365, Outlook, Antivirus, Anti malware, DLP, Printer, Scanner etc.
