• Managing Security Incidents in Office 365 and On Prem infrastructure
• Manage and Implement Organizational Security Posture Best Practices

• 3-4 years of hands-on experience as a System Engineer / IT Support Engineer

• Patch Management

• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Exchange Online

• Experience handling security incidents and compromised accounts
• Ability to analyze logs and perform root cause analysis
