System Designing and Application Engineering for Compact Substations (CSS)

Main Responsibilities

Technical review of order inputs received from Sales

Creation of complete engineering drawings including GA, SLD, schematic drawings, CT/PT calculation, AC/DC calculations etc for Compact substations

Drawing approval from customer including attending customers / consultant meetings for approval.

Creation of complete loading drawings to Operations including BOM.

Co-ordinating with order manager, DTO (mechanical design team), drafting vendor etc.

Candidate Should Possess

Good knowledge about Medium voltage power distribution system and CSS

Knowledge of IS/IEC standards applicable for MV systems

Candidate with Hands on Experience/knowledge in AutoCAD, ELCAD, Promis, E Base, EPLAN tools will have added advantage

Knowledge of Protection relays and communication Philosophy

Good Communication skill

Capable to interact independently with client for technical discussions

Experience in handling major Engineering consultant like TCE, AECOM, TOYO, Mecon, Fitchtner, Aurionpro, etc..

Education: B.E. in Electrical Engineering with experience in relevant field for 8-10 years
