Job Description:

Role: Systems Engineer

We are looking for a self-driven Systems Engineer to administer and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack, Asana, and LumApps. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, understand business processes, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Resposibilities:

Administer and configure enterprise collaboration platforms including Slack, Asana, and LumApps.

• Provide L2/L3 technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for collaboration platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering and configuring Slack and Asana.
• Experience with enterprise Intranet platforms; LumApps experience is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT processes, business workflows, and infrastructure frameworks.
