Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure across multiple locations and data centers. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Windows and Linux administration, virtualization, networking, storage, backup and recovery, cybersecurity, and infrastructure monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments, including server configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and domain services.
• Deploy and manage virtualized environments using VMware, Nutanix, Hyper-V, or equivalent platforms.
• Support network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Manage SAN/NAS storage, backup solutions, disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity.
• Monitor infrastructure availability, capacity, and performance using monitoring tools; troubleshoot and resolve L2 infrastructure incidents.
• Support data center operations, including server racks, cabling, power infrastructure, hardware, and capacity planning.
• Implement security standards, conduct vulnerability assessments, support audits, and coordinate remediation activities.
• Develop scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
• Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, incident records, and infrastructure change plans.
• Collaborate with application, network, security, and global IT teams to ensure reliable and secure IT services.

Required Technical Skills

• Windows Administration: Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
• Linux Administration: RHEL, Ubuntu, or equivalent Linux distributions.
• Virtualization: VMware vSphere/ESXi, Nutanix, Hyper-V, or similar platforms.
• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, switching, and Cisco networking.
• Firewall & Security: Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or equivalent firewall technologies.
• Storage & Backup: SAN/NAS, RAID, backup, restoration, and disaster recovery.
• Monitoring: Infrastructure monitoring, alert management, performance analysis, and capacity planning.
• Scripting & Automation: PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or equivalent scripting tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise data center operations and multi-site infrastructure support.
• Knowledge of high availability, clustering, replication, and disaster recovery.
• Exposure to cybersecurity audits, vulnerability management, and security monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Cisco voice technologies, DCIM tools, and infrastructure automation.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, VMware, Nutanix, or Linux certifications.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant technical experience.
