System Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day IT operations (hardware, software, network, printers, VPN, etc.).
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, laptops, desktops, routers, switches, and other devices.
• Set up and manage company-wide tools and platforms (Google Workspace, collaborative tools, antivirus, etc.).
• Implement and enforce IT policies, security standards, data backups, and disaster recovery plans.
• Liaise with IT vendors, service partners, and ISPs to resolve technical and procurement needs.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and manage license renewals.
• Provide responsive technical support to teams (on-site and remote).
• Support process improvements as we grow including IT tools and automation.
• Manage users in Zoho CRM

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-2 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator, IT Support Engineer, or IT Admin.
• Qualification: Diploma or B.Sc. in Computer Science.
• Solid understanding of Windows/Linux server administration, networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and VPNs.
• Familiarity with email platforms like Google Workspace.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with teams and vendors.
• Exposure to IT security protocols and processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms or CRM administration will be a strong advantage.
