System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in hardware, networking, and system support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring network security, and providing technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain servers, desktops, and hardware components.
Manage and support LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and access points.
Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and network devices.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Provide technical support and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Implement security measures and maintain backup and disaster recovery processes.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and network-related services.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Hands-on experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.

. Familiarity with structured cabling and network infrastructure in engineering/project-based environments preferred.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.
