Role & responsibilities

IT Support & System Administration

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, Windows OS, and business applications.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows 10/11 and Windows Server systems.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, user accounts, permissions, and Microsoft 365.
• Handle employee onboarding/offboarding, system setup, access management, and IT asset tracking.
• Perform patch management, antivirus, endpoint security, backup checks, and system maintenance. Networking & Firewall
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet, routers, switches, and access points.
• Perform basic firewall administration, including rule/policy configuration, port access, VPN configuration, traffic monitoring, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.

• Monitor network connectivity and coordinate with ISP/network vendors when required.

• Assist with security policies, access controls, password policies, and basic security incidents. Vendor & Infrastructure Management
• Coordinate with hardware, software, ISP, AMC, and other IT vendors.
• Maintain IT asset, license, warranty, and AMC records.
• Assist with hardware/software procurement, installation, deployment, audits, and compliance.
• Maintain IT documentation and ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2–5 years of relevant experience in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, Desktop Support, or IT Support.. • Key Performance Areas • System and network uptime • IT ticket resolution and SLA adherence • User satisfaction • Asset and inventory management • Backup and security compliance • Ability to troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and connectivity issues. • Experience with remote support tools such as Any Desk, TeamViewer, or RDP. • Good communication skills and a customer service attitude.
