Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and performance of servers, networks, security, and end-user systems while providing technical support to internal users.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
• Monitor server performance, system availability, and resource utilization.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and file servers.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD, and user accounts.
• Configure and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Perform regular system updates, patch management, and end point security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks.
• Maintain backups for the infrastructure.
• Manage endpoint security, antivirus, EDR, and vulnerability remediation.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Respond to incidents, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and infrastructure support.
• Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware and software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and provide timely resolution.
• Strong knowledge on monitoring infrastructure.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365.
• Basic experience with VMware and Hyper-V virtualization.
• Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and switching.
• Basic Experience with backup solutions.
• Knowledge of endpoint security, patch management, and cybersecurity best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
