Your Impact on theMission:
1.Technical Support:
- Provide technicalassistance and support to users of the HRIS platform, with a focus on Darwin box.
- Troubleshoot and resolveuser issues related to system functionality, access, and performance.
- Respond to userinquiries via various channels such as email, phone, or ticketing system.
2. Training andOnboarding:
- Conduct trainingsessions for new users to familiarize them with the features andfunctionalities of Darwin box.
- Assist in onboardingnew employees onto the HRIS platform, ensuring smooth transition and useradoption.
3. System Maintenance:
- Collaborate with the ITteam or vendors to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of the HRISsystem.
- Perform periodic systemupgrades, patches, and updates as required.
4.Data Management:
- Ensure the accuracy andintegrity of data stored within the HRIS system.
- Assist in data migrationprojects and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
5. Documentation andReporting:
- Maintain documentationsuch as user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles for the HRIS platform.
- Generate and analyzereports from Darwin box to provide insights and recommendations for processimprovements.
6.User Support andFeedback:
- Act as a point ofcontact for users, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions.
- Gather user feedback toidentify areas for improvement in the HRIS platform and processes.
7. Compliance andSecurity:
- Ensure compliance withdata protection regulations and internal security policies in the handling ofHRIS data.
- Monitor system accessand permissions to safeguard sensitive information.
What Youll Bring to TheTable About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, InformationTechnology, or related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role providing support forHRIS platforms, preferably with expertise in Darwinbox.
- Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining dataaccuracy and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR processes and best practices isadvantageous.
