Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure software, hardware, and networks across the organization.
• Monitor system performance diligently and effectively troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Ensure the security and efficiency of the entire IT infrastructure.
• Set up accounts and workstations for new and existing employees.
• Manage network servers and technology tools, ensuring their optimal functioning.
• Troubleshoot system issues and outages promptly to minimize downtime.
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models to keep our technology current.
• Develop expertise to effectively train staff on new technologies and best practices.
• Build and maintain an internal wiki with comprehensive technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Linux & Mac OS.
• Knowledge of Asset Management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of operating systems.
• Strong Networking Skills.
• Familiarity with various Hardware components and their functionalities.
• Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services.
• Understanding and implementation of Security Policies.
• Excellent Troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Expertise in Security and Monitoring best practices.
