Skills & Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Change management, AD, Network Shares, NAS systems.

• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).

• Good understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work in shift environments and support weekend activities.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Experience in enterprise IT support environmentspreferred.Role & responsibilities
