System Administrator - L2

Position Overview:

• Designation: System Administrator
• Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad (onsite)
• Shift: Rotational
• Working Days: 6 Days
• Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for incidents, service requests, and infrastructure issues
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, and AWS environments
• Manage servers, endpoints, firewalls, VPNs, backups, and security controls
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and cloud-related issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures
• Support IT operations, disaster recovery, and infrastructure upgrades
• Mentor L1 engineers and ensure SLA compliance
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4-6 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Cloud Technologies (Azure/AWS)
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, virtualization, and endpoint management
• Experience with backup, recovery, security, and infrastructure monitoring tools
• Hands-on experience with ITSM/Ticketing systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience supporting UK, US, or Australian clients is preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure or AWS certification
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
