• JLPT N3 / NAT Q3 certified with strong Japanese reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure and ITIL processes.
• Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts from office.

Responsibilities:

• Perform L1 infrastructure monitoring and support.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
• Follow ITIL-based incident and support processes.
• Learn and support technologies such as Cloud, Database, and Mainframe.
