Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain Desktops, Laptops, networking equipment (routers/switches), and operating systems.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights (Active Directory/O365).
• Perform regular security patches, software updates, and upgrades to ensure maximum uptime.
• Maintain printers, scanners, and user workstations (troubleshooting, repair, installation).
• Implement firewalls, antivirus, and backup solutions for data integrity.
• Maintain accurate records of IT assets and handle vendor coordination. Installation and Managing CCTV related works
• Assist in corporate SIM allocation, activation, and deactivation
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements
• Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and IT inventory
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Any degree
• Experience: 2 -3 years of experience in system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking
• Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and user management
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
