Required Skills:

• Lead design, architecture, and governance of Group Policy within Microsoft Active Directory environments
• Drive modernization efforts, including GPO-to-Microsoft Intune migration and co-management strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and reviewing change implementations
• Partner with security and audit teams to ensure continuous compliance and audit readiness.
• Define and implement enterprise-wide policy strategy across Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoints
• Deep expertise in AD DS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), SSO, and Conditional Access policies.
• Administer GPO using Quest GPO Admin
• Establish and enforce security baselines aligned with Center for Internet Security benchmarks, STIG, and NIST frameworks
• Troubleshoot complex GPO/MDM issues (inheritance conflicts, policy overlap, hybrid identity challenges)
• Architect OU structures, group strategy, and policy scoping for large-scale environments
• Develop automation and reporting solutions using PowerShell.

Please note we are looking for only Immediate joiners and who can work in a Hybrid and US EST hours (2 PM to 11 PM)
