SydlerTech is hiring Senior Accountant for Pune Onsite

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts & Administration Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including invoice generation, vendor payments, receivables tracking, and payroll processing
• Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely month-end and year-end closures
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements
• Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliation statements
• Coordinate with Chartered Accountants for audits, tax filings, and statutory assessments
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and budget adherence
• Handle banking activities, including payments, reconciliations, and documentation

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory filings
• Maintain proper financial records, vouchers, and supporting documentation
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (additional certifications are a plus)
• Proven experience in accounts, finance, and administration roles
• Strong working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, payroll, and statutory compliance
• Hands-on experience with accounting software and MS Excel
• Ability to liaise effectively with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative functions
• Prior experience handling audits and statutory compliance independently is preferred
