SWE(R/Rust/ Go/ Dart/ Kotlin/ Scala) | Contract Role- 2 Months -Remote

Role Overview

Join us in creating high-quality datasets to train LLM-based coding agents. You will contribute datasets and technical solutions aligned with your area of programming expertise.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of senior production software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java, Go, PHP, or Rust; experience with Dart, Scala, R, or Kotlin is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, tooling, testing, and validation.
• Strong Git skills and experience working with large open-source codebases.
• Strong understanding of software quality, testing, and code review.

Responsibilities

• Create and validate coding datasets for LLM-based coding agents.
• Implement and review features across relevant programming languages.
• Develop scripts, tools, and test suites using Python.
• Review code and ensure correctness, quality, and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams and provide guidance where required.

Engagement & Work Details

• Engagement: Contract for 2 months
• Work Mode: Remote
• Nature of Work: Coding, code review, testing, validation, and dataset creation
• Focus: Programming-language-specific datasets and evaluation of LLM coding capabilities
