Design & Build Services- Create scalable microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.Implement Distributed Patterns - Manage service discovery, API gateways, and circuit breakers.Event-Driven Integration - Connect services using message brokers like Kafka or messaging queues.Containerization & Deployment - Deploy and orchestrate services using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS/EKS). Develop Autonomous Agents - Build intelligent agents capable of task automation, reasoning loops (like ReAct), and decision-making.Orchestrate Workflows - Set up multi-agent collaboration patterns, routing, and prompt chaining.Vector & RAG Integration - Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search) with Java backends.API Connectivity - Link LLM providers (OpenAI, Hugging Face) securely via REST APIsTrack agent behaviors, system latency, and failure rates in production environments.Partner with DevOps teams to automate testing and streamline deployments
Qualifications
Any Bachelors degree or above
with 12+ years of experience in fullstack development and managing team
- Responsible AIQ NA/Canada/Mexico and some of the global features
- Manages one scrum team of six employees and six contractors and responsible for architecture, design, development , testing ,test automation of the features assigned
