About this role
- Identify training needs through stakeholder discussions, competency assessments, performance reviews, and business requirements.
- Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development calendar aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate behavioral, technical, functional, leadership, and compliance training programs across locations.
- Partner with internal subject matter experts and external training vendors for effective program delivery.
- Track employee training nominations, attendance, assessments, certifications, and training effectiveness.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) data, training records, and learning analytics.
