  9. The Journey Management Executive is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of drivers and field personnel by monitoring journeys, verifying driver readiness, providing travel-related information, and maintaining accurate records. This is a voice-based operations role that requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  11. Key Responsibilities
  13. * Receive calls from drivers before the start of their journey.
  14. * Verify the driver’s medical fitness and eligibility to travel.
  15. * Check the driver’s previous journey completion and mandatory rest period.
  16. * Provide updates on road conditions, weather, route advisories, and potential hazards.
  17. * Explain journey guidelines and obtain necessary travel approvals.
  18. * Monitor the driver’s journey throughout the trip.
  19. * Record journey details, approvals, and updates in the system.
  20. * Escalate emergencies, delays, or safety concerns as per company procedures.
  21. * Ensure compliance with Journey Management and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols.
  23. Eligibility Criteria
  25. * Excellent spoken English communication skills (mandatory).
  26. * Comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
  27. * Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
  28. * Customer service or voice process experience is preferred but not mandatory for fresher roles.
  30. Salary & Benefits
  31. • 18k Inhand Freshers
  32. • Upto 22k inhand for experienced
  33. • 3500 Travel allowance
  34. • 2750 PBI
